Posted Date: 04/17/26 (08:19 AM)

Dear Parents and Guardians,
The Wildwood Middle High School Youth Construction Academy recently completed a residential home as part of its Career and Technical Education (CTE) instructional program, providing students with an authentic, real‑world learning experience aligned to district CTE goals.
Through this project, students engaged in hands‑on, standards‑aligned instruction that emphasized workforce readiness, technical skill development, collaboration, problem‑solving, and workplace safety. Students applied classroom learning in a real construction environment, gaining experience that supports future success in high‑skill, high‑demand career pathways.

This build also reflects the district’s commitment to:
- Preparing students for postsecondary education and careers through applied learning
- Strengthening partnerships with community organizations
- Providing meaningful, career‑connected learning experiences
